These terms apply to aceta ktet learning app and aceta.app, provided by aceta.

Using Aceta

Aceta provides independent study materials for K-TET preparation. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and providing accurate account information. Use the service lawfully, for personal learning, and do not share access, circumvent restrictions, interfere with other users, or redistribute course materials without permission.

Independent exam preparation

We are not affiliated with Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan or the Government of Kerala. Learning materials may contain errors or become outdated. Refer to official notices for eligibility, syllabus, schedules, applications, and results. Using Aceta does not guarantee an exam result, qualification, or employment.

Free and paid access

Available introductory lessons can be started without purchasing a course. Practice and Progress remain available without a course purchase. The app identifies content requiring paid access and shows available offers and the store-localized price before you confirm.

A one-time course purchase grants ongoing access to that course while it is provided by the service; it is not a recurring membership. A monthly or annual membership grants access to the courses included in that membership while access remains valid. Membership availability and included courses are shown in the app. Separate lifetime course access is not lost merely because a membership expires.

Renewals and cancellation

Memberships are recurring subscriptions unless the store says otherwise. Renewal dates, billing periods, prices, and any provider-specific conditions appear at checkout and in your store account. Manage or cancel renewal with the provider that billed you. Cancellation normally leaves access until the current paid period ends, subject to provider status. Deleting the app or your Aceta account does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds and restoration

Refunds follow the applicable provider’s procedures and consumer rights. Apple decides refunds for App Store purchases. Other supported providers offer their own refund processes. A refunded purchase may no longer provide access; separate valid purchases remain independent. Use Restore purchases with the original store account if eligible access is missing.

Availability and changes

Internet access is needed for sign-in, purchase verification, synchronization, and practice submissions. Some cached notes and bundled classes work offline. Features and content can change, and service interruptions may occur. We will communicate material changes affecting paid access where required.

Account restrictions and deletion

We may restrict access where necessary to address abuse, fraud, security incidents, or a breach of these terms. Contact us if you believe a restriction is incorrect. You may delete your account from You in the app or use our deletion request instructions.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable consumer law does not allow to be excluded. Contact us first about problems so that we can try to resolve them. Any additional legal terms or jurisdiction-specific notices will be published here before they apply.
